Lufthansa Group was struggling with defining what “premium” really means in today’s world and translating that into a distinctive, future-relevant premium positioning for our airline group. We decided to work with Kara because we wanted an outside perspective that would challenge our classical thinking and help us look at premium through the eyes of today’s customer.

Design has always been about more than what we make.
I am a designer, strategist and facilitator working at the intersection of regenerative design, systems thinking and organizational change.
My work has moved from design research, experience design and global brand strategy to helping leaders and teams imagine ways forward that are more resilient and regenerative. Today, I bring those worlds together through a practice built around curiosity, collaboration and the belief that design can help us create not only better organizations, but better futures.
